Michael Grogan is a meteorologist with News on 6 in Tulsa and a member of Tulsa Partners Community Resilience Speakers Bureau. During his college career, he was a member of the Valparaiso University Storm Intercept Team (VUSIT) which allowed him to storm chase in over 15 states across the Midwest and throughout the Plains. Some of his favorite memories are of the weeks he spent chasing severe weather. He’s a member of the Tulsa Young Professionals, serves a role in the Tulsa food justice program, Food on the Move, and is now a board member here with Tulsa Partners. Just this past year, he was nominated as one of “Tulsa’s New Leaders” which led him to raise thousands of dollars for the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation.

Dr. Jason Vogel is an Associate Professor and Stormwater Specialist in the Department of Biosystems and Agricultural Engineering and is a registered Professional Engineer in the state of Oklahoma. He has over 18 years of professional experience in water resources engineering and is recognized as one of the leading experts in Low Impact Development (LID) stormwater management systems in the Great Plains region.
